JBM Power will expand the offerings of the ARA Electrical division, increasing ARA capabilities across Australia. 

As at 1 April 2021, the ARA Group acquired JBM Power, designer and manufacturer of switch boards and switch rooms.

Mr Edward Federman, ARA Executive Chairman and Managing Director stated,

“The acquisition of JBM Power completes our turnkey offering and truly does make ARA Electrical a one stop shop in the market. The switch room business will also provide opportunities for other parts of the wider ARA group, in particular ARA Manufacturing, ARA Fire and ARA Mechanical Services. I welcome Jonce and the JBM Power team to the ARA Group.”

Founded in 1981, JBM Power has an unbroken record of excellence in manufacturing of Electrical Switchboards, PLC, Protection/Control Panels, Custom Enclosures, and Transportable/Prefabricated Switchrooms.

During these years JBM Power has maintained a strong ethical code in its relations with customers, personnel and suppliers. The rewards have come by way of major infrastructure, commercial, industrial, defence and other government projects. Mile Belevski, General Manager of JBM Electrical states,

Jonce Belevski is the Director of JBM Power Pty Ltd. Jonce has over 25 years of experience in the electrical industry in Australia and overseas. Throughout these years he has had management positions as well as hands-on experience and knowledge in the design and manufacturing of LV/MV Switchboards.

JBM is involved with renewable energy by providing their services to a wide range of Wind & Solar farms across the country, paving the way to a cleaner future.
